The capabilities of the Maverick Innovative Solutions' Engineering and Design team allow us to work closely with our clients from the conception of an idea to the completion of a project. It begins with a comprehensive understanding of the technical requirements determined by the project scope. Our engineers, experienced in turnkey operation, work with advanced technology to produce and assemble custom products.

Our Engineering team develops all the layout work for our CNC Laser, Plasma Cutter and Turret Press using Striker® programming software, all the machining parameters and data are stored in the technology tables and rules. The Striker® software determines which parameters are suited to the material, and how to achieve the very best results.

Since communication with our customers is an important part of the manufacturing process, client drawings may be transferred via DXF format using in-house AutoCAD® or Striker® CNC software.
With our computerized inventory and engineering system, repair or replacement of existing equipment can be achieved quickly and efficiently to retain customer production schedules.
